ournalists from around the world are invited to apply for a fellowship to attend International Civil Society Week in Bangkok, Thailand from 1-5 November 2025 organised by CIVICUS and Asia Democracy Network.
The Fellowship has two categories: the Journalist Fellowship and the Young Journalist Fellowship. We will invite 15-20 selected journalists from around the world to participate.
The Journalist Fellowship is open to journalists of any age with a demonstrated interest in civic space and human rights issues and a strong portfolio of work.
The Young Journalist Fellowship is for journalists under 30, including citizen journalists and those who cover and create strong engagement on rights issues on digital media platforms.
